Since 1931: Striving to make you, the customer, completely satisfied

History

Wallace Industries has been a Cleveland, Ohio based company since 1931. We were originally known as the Wire Stripping Company which designed, manufactured and distributed wire-stripping equipment around the world. In fact, the last wire-stripping machine produced was built specifically for the laying of transatlantic cable.

In the early 1970s we sold off the naming rights of the Wire Stripping Company and established the first division of Wallace Industries, K. S. Machine.

Since 1971, our K.S. Machine division has provided quality machining services for a wide variety of customers. Within the past several years we have become an essential machining source for the construction and mining industries. With our vast array of stocked materials we can provide quick turnaround for all your breakdown and production needs.

The acquisition of Dependable Tool enables us to offer our customers large boring mill capabilities (82 in. vertical by 144 in. horizontal travel) as well as the capability to plane up to 24 feet (288 in.) in length.

We are also pleased to provide additional services such as reverse engineering, assembly, and free shipping to local customers.

Wallace Industries’ divisions of K.S. Machine and Dependble Tool enable us to be a one-stop manufacturer that can satisfy all your machining requirements. Large lathe and boring mills, planers, CNC equipment, turret and engine lathes—we have it all!

But what really sets us apart from the competition is the experience and skills of our machinists, the diversity of our equipment, and the quality of our service.

We welcome all inquiries from prototype to large batch quantities, and the opportunity to earn your business.
